Growing up on the island of Sint Maarten and helping in his father’s restaurant inspired Adrian Martin to be a chef. After 4 years attending the top culinary schools in France and intensive apprenticeships at prestigious restaurants in Paris, Adrian decided to take his show on the road. The young chef started exploring the world cooking on yachts in his early 20s, and his passion has led him to extremely remote locations preparing meals for some of the most influential people. Through his travels he has broadened his spiritual, cultural, and culinary knowledge and incorporates all of this into a cornucopia of unique dishes made to impress even the toughest clients. When not on charter, Adrian enjoys indulging in his other passions witch include music, art, meditation, and traveling.

Captain Harold Lee Rosbach has spent more than 20 years in the yachting industry. Born and raised in landlocked Saginaw, Michigan, he discovered his untapped love for the water later in life when he was managing a restaurant in Turks & Caicos and an acquaintance invited him to serve as a mate on a sailboat delivery to earn extra cash. At the age of 35, Lee obtained his Captain’s license and left the restaurant business behind to pursue his newfound passion. Some of the mega yachts that have since been under Captain Lee’s command include 163’ Cuor di Leone, 162’ Mustang Sally, 155’ Ohana, 140’ Just Enough, 135’ Atlantica, 135’ Feadship Sea Ghost, 120' Sovereign, Pauly D, Insatiable, Morganstar and Mostro. Next on the horizon for Captain Lee is his upcoming memoir Running Against the Tide that will be available in Winter 2018.

Florida native Kate Chastain began her yachting career in 2007. Initially, she only planned on taking a “gap year” after college graduation to work on boats, however once she started as a third stewardess on her first yacht, she immediately fell in love with the exotic and exciting industry and never looked back. While travelling throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Central America, and New England, Kate worked her way up the onboard ranks until finally reaching the position of Chief Stewardess. Best known for planning and executing lavish theme parties, Kate has entertained royalty, celebrities, and business tycoons around the world.

After a few years of international adventures and glamorous guests, Kate began to compile her stories from the sea hoping to one day share them with the world. In 2016, those stories were published in her book, Lucky Charming, which quickly became an Amazon #1 Best Seller in the Humor Category. Now, after a decade spent globetrotting with the rich and famous, conquering the yachting world, and even writing a book about it, Kate is starting to focus on building a more domestic life on land. In 2017, she opened up Genesis Boutique, a non-profit upscale resale store where all proceeds go to Genesis House, Inc. Based in Melbourne, Florida, Genesis House has been providing emergency and transitional housing to homeless women and children for over 40 years. Running the Genesis Boutique with the help of a great team of volunteers keeps Kate quite busy during the off season but fortunately, still gives her the freedom to take a freelance yachting job whenever the urge for adventure strikes.

Growing up on the southwest coast of England, Josiah spent most of his childhood on the water as well as training as a gymnast competing for his state. His love for boats, travelling, and being a professionally trained butler made him an ideal candidate to become a steward. Since 2013 Josiah has worked both interior and exterior on some of the most beautiful mega yachts in the world, travelling all over the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Bahamas. Throughout his career, he has worked for many high profile individuals, including celebrities and influential business men and women. When Josiah’s not working on yachts or travelling around the world he likes to spent time back in England on the water with his family and maintaining his gymnastics training.

His first few jobs were delivering sailboats around the U.S. and Caribbean, but after obtaining his 100 ton license, he broke into the world of yachting and hasn’t looked back. Whether he’s working a charter, or taking a break, you can always find Chandler in the water; on the beach, diving, or kiteboarding.

Excited by the potential to become a career yachtie, Ashton landed his first job on a private yacht for an Arctic expedition. He continues to learn and grow as a deckhand, with each charter bringing new experiences, challenges, and friendships. Ashton believes that having security in the unknown is one of the most liberating life lessons he has embraced; no matter where his adventures take him, he will have a great story to tell!

After suffering a career ending injury, he changed his focus to finding a new career that still satisfied his love for travel. For the past six years, Ross has worked on various charters ranging from 100’-300’ and travelled to some of the most beautiful destinations in the world. With his natural ability and strong work ethic, he continues to grow in his field to hopefully become the next “Stud of the Sea.” Yachting has afforded Ross the opportunity to give his son the life in America he always dreamed of having. When he is not on charter, he spends as much time as he can with his son either at home in Florida.

A force to be reckoned with, she moved up quickly in her career becoming a captain in 2015. As a fearless co-captain and first mate of her current 36ft aluminum catamaran, she has navigated rough waters and gale force winds at freezing temperatures. Rhylee’s passion for travel and eagerness to learn a new trade led her to M/Y My Seanna as her first voyage into the white glove world of yachting. Confident in her skills on deck, Rhylee welcomes the new adventures ahead of her.

She has been able to marry her love for the yachting industry with her passion for everything wellness related, teaching yoga and personal training on board for her high profile clients. Laura continues to pursue her fitness career and plans to host retreats in some of the most beautiful destinations on Earth in the near future. Laura Betancourt is originally from Toronto, Canada, and has been exploring and traveling the world since she got her first passport stamp as a teenager. From the depths of the Amazon to the bustle of Beverly Hills, she has been around the world and back. For the past three years, Laura has been based on the Mediterranean yachting circuit, allowing her to land on some of the best Super Yachts on the water. She has been able to marry her love for the yachting industry with her passion for everything wellness related, teaching yoga and personal training on board for her high profile clients. Laura continues to pursue her fitness career and plans to host retreats in some of the most beautiful destinations on Earth in the near future. She looks forward to following her the advice of her favorite quote by Paul Coelho, "Be brave, take risks, nothing can substitute experience."

Born and raised in the mountains of Washington State, Tyler grew up exploring lakes and rivers with dreams of travelling the world. After completing his fourth season as a Federal Forest Firefighter in Colorado, Tyler moved to Southern California where he was introduced to the world of sailing. He joined his first crew on a 30-foot sailboat headed for La Paz, Mexico, and quickly learned that yachting and photography were the perfect way to satisfy his passion for exploration, fun, and beauty. Travelling on yachts has been an experience of a lifetime, with Tahiti being his biggest adventure to date. He is excited to find his next adventure in the world of yachting.

Captain Harold Lee Rosbach has spent more than 20 years in the yachting industry. Born and raised in landlocked Saginaw, Michigan, he discovered his untapped love for the water later in life when he was managing a restaurant in Turks & Caicos and an acquaintance invited him to serve as a mate on a sailboat delivery to earn extra cash. At the age of 35, Lee obtained his Captain’s license and left the restaurant business behind to pursue his newfound passion. Some of the mega yachts that have since been under Captain Lee’s command include 163’ Cuor di Leone, 162’ Mustang Sally, 155’ Ohana, 140’ Just Enough, 135’ Atlantica, 135’ Feadship Sea Ghost, 120' Sovereign, Pauly D, Insatiable, Morganstar and Mostro. Next on the horizon for Captain Lee is his upcoming memoir Running Against the Tide that will be available in Winter 2018.

Florida native Kate Chastain began her yachting career in 2007. Initially, she only planned on taking a “gap year” after college graduation to work on boats, however once she started as a third stewardess on her first yacht, she immediately fell in love with the exotic and exciting industry and never looked back. While travelling throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Central America, and New England, Kate worked her way up the onboard ranks until finally reaching the position of Chief Stewardess. Best known for planning and executing lavish theme parties, Kate has entertained royalty, celebrities, and business tycoons around the world.

After a few years of international adventures and glamorous guests, Kate began to compile her stories from the sea hoping to one day share them with the world. In 2016, those stories were published in her book, Lucky Charming, which quickly became an Amazon #1 Best Seller in the Humor Category. Now, after a decade spent globetrotting with the rich and famous, conquering the yachting world, and even writing a book about it, Kate is starting to focus on building a more domestic life on land. In 2017, she opened up Genesis Boutique, a non-profit upscale resale store where all proceeds go to Genesis House, Inc. Based in Melbourne, Florida, Genesis House has been providing emergency and transitional housing to homeless women and children for over 40 years. Running the Genesis Boutique with the help of a great team of volunteers keeps Kate quite busy during the off season but fortunately, still gives her the freedom to take a freelance yachting job whenever the urge for adventure strikes.

Growing up on the southwest coast of England, Josiah spent most of his childhood on the water as well as training as a gymnast competing for his state. His love for boats, travelling, and being a professionally trained butler made him an ideal candidate to become a steward. Since 2013 Josiah has worked both interior and exterior on some of the most beautiful mega yachts in the world, travelling all over the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Bahamas. Throughout his career, he has worked for many high profile individuals, including celebrities and influential business men and women. When Josiah’s not working on yachts or travelling around the world he likes to spent time back in England on the water with his family and maintaining his gymnastics training.

Growing up on the island of Sint Maarten and helping in his father’s restaurant inspired Adrian Martin to be a chef. After 4 years attending the top culinary schools in France and intensive apprenticeships at prestigious restaurants in Paris, Adrian decided to take his show on the road. The young chef started exploring the world cooking on yachts in his early 20s, and his passion has led him to extremely remote locations preparing meals for some of the most influential people. Through his travels he has broadened his spiritual, cultural, and culinary knowledge and incorporates all of this into a cornucopia of unique dishes made to impress even the toughest clients. When not on charter, Adrian enjoys indulging in his other passions witch include music, art, meditation, and traveling.

Chandler was raised in a small town on the shores of Lake Michigan. The son of a yacht captain, his love for the water started at a young age. As a kid, Chandler spent much of his summers attending sailing school and racing regattas on the lake. Limited by opportunities at home and fueled by his passion for boating, he decided to move to Florida after college in pursuit of a career in yachting. His first few jobs were delivering sailboats around the U.S. and Caribbean, but after obtaining his 100 ton license, he broke into the world of yachting and hasn’t looked back. Whether he’s working a charter, or taking a break, you can always find Chandler in the water; on the beach, diving, or kiteboarding.

Excited by the potential to become a career yachtie, Ashton landed his first job on a private yacht for an Arctic expedition. He continues to learn and grow as a deckhand, with each charter bringing new experiences, challenges, and friendships. Ashton believes that having security in the unknown is one of the most liberating life lessons he has embraced; no matter where his adventures take him, he will have a great story to tell!

After suffering a career ending injury, he changed his focus to finding a new career that still satisfied his love for travel. With the help of his cousin, who happened to be a captain, he got his foot in the door of the yachting industry. For the past six years, Ross has worked on various charters ranging from 100’-300’ and travelled to some of the most beautiful destinations in the world. With his natural ability and strong work ethic, he continues to grow in his field to hopefully become the next “Stud of the Sea.” Yachting has afforded Ross the opportunity to give his son the life in America he always dreamed of having. When he is not on charter, he spends as much time as he can with his son either at home in Florida.

As a fearless co-captain and first mate of her current 36ft aluminum catamaran, she has navigated rough waters and gale force winds at freezing temperatures.
